COMMUNITY DAY CENTRE SERVICES
Our Day Centre's run weekly between 10am and 2pm at the following locations:

We are a Registered Nurse led service with a specialist Activities Coordinator and experienced Community Support Workers.
Tailored Activities
Everyone attending our Centres receives a free initial assessment to identify individual needs, likes and dislikes. This helps our team to provide tailored activities for each person attending our Day Centres. We focus on each person's preferences and abilities to provide engaging and enjoyable activities for all.
