Lifeline offers a bespoke support service for all older adults in our community.
We also include a specialism in supporting people with dementia to promote social inclusion, activity and structure to the day.
Support is also provided for people with other long conditions and their carers.
Lifeline provides services at Centres in Bassetlaw and North Nottinghamshire.
