About Lifeline Support Service

Lifeline Support Service is an award winning, CQC registered service offering tailored support to older adults, people with dementia and family carers.  We offer two Community Day Centre's and our Community Support Service in Worksop, Retford and surrounding areas.  Our services are registered nurse led and under the supervision of trained staff.

Our Day Centre's are located in Carlton in Lindrick and Retford.

We offer a ‘hub’ of visiting outside services at the Day Centre's with regular visits from chiropody, hairdresser, church members.

We focus on providing stimulating activities for each person attending our Day Centres.  These are tailored to individual preferences, interests and abilities.

What Makes Lifeline Support Centres CIC Different From Other Services

Our CQC registered service is qualified nurse led with a registered general nurse and registered mental health nurse.

Everyone accessing our service receives a full holistic initial assessment to make sure we can meet a person's needs and provide tailored support and activities.

Our qualified nurse can refer into local health and social services, often reducing waiting times for services.

Referrals are made to the community falls team, therapy services, wheelchair services and local older persons mental health teams.

Specialist referrals can be made by our nurses for mobility and falls support, mobility equipment and support with dementia symptoms.

The unique mix of professions working at Lifeline Support Service means we can provide holistic care and support to all of our families.
